"The hotel was lovely to look at. The bed was perfect. The bathroom was new clean and modern. The shower had good hot water flow. The amenities were wonderful. For example there was hot coffee choices or tea every afternoon, with cookies. Each hotel employee was helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again if in Annecy. "

"This is a lovely hotel. The staff I interacted with were really friendly and welcoming. The room was a single room, and was clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was great and towels fluffy. One thing I would say is that the door to the bathroom is clear - not a problem for me as I was alone (and think my room was meant for one). Not sure if other room types have the same set up but may be worth checking as, if you’re sharing a room, depending on who you’re travelling with, this may not be...

"The hotel in overall is great. Clean and modern. I have to mention that to wait for check in took 15mins and the same for check out with only one person behind the desk. We had breakfast which is very poor and for the price it’s ridiculous. 9am and no eggs , no bacon, no pancakes, the only juice available was orange. I have to say very disappointed! We stayed one night Monday-Tuesday and spa on Tuesday is opening at 11am!!! Absolutely not worth it to pay for it because we could use it just for...

"Nice breakfast"

"A one night stopover returning from the Alps. Fist room was small and there was a terrible damp small in the bathroom. We returned to reception and were allocated another room 230 which was much better with nice views over the lake and a little more space. Check in and friendliness of the reception team was very good. Overall, great location 25 minutes walk to town but right by the lake and next to a great Brasserie too. "
