"Nice hotel in a safe area and lot of shopping stores"

"Our stay was excellent. A large (about 50) group of young people arrived just before we did. We asked that our room was not near the group. We have a lovely room, and our stay was comfortable. We had an early morning flight, and the hotel shuttle took us to the airport at 4:30 am."

"The hotel is located near to the airport. I had to stay in Guayaquil because of a flight cancellation and the hotel was a great choice. They offer a shuttle service in and out from the airport, and there is a mall on the lower floors, which is very convenient. The room was clean, and the personnel was very helpful."

"Stayed here with my family. Hotel staff picked us up from the airport and dropped us off. Checking in was easy and staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast buffet was included in our stay, lots of options for our picky eaters. We ordered room service for dinner, highly recommend the ceviche mixto and churrasco. I have no complaints as all staff would stop to say hello and ask if we needed anything. Also the hotel is beautifully located by a pier which was very lively the night we stayed (Saturday) from the pool to the restaurants this hotel is 5 stars all around. "
