"Very nice hotel with perfect location within a few meters to the main square. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Parking was also fairly easy. The only problem was the wifi, it was terrible, slow and cutting off all the time."

"Listen, I am not a hater. I never leave negative reviews. It’s just that this place SUCKS. The furniture was awful when it was new, in the 70’s. The mattress sits on pallets. If Hotels.com has ANY minimum standard of quality for properties, this should certainly be below them. But hey, there’s air conditioning, and if your only goal is to stumble in (preferably drunk) and sleep, for as cheap as possible, you’ll happily get what you paid for. "

"This is a very nice appartement hotel, located at the heart of Plaza Mayor. A must for Game of Thrones and House of Dragons fans. The Red Keep filming locations can be easily found by walking around the city. The different restaurants will offer great tapas, local beer and grilled meats. Prices can fit all budget. "We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was great, centrally placed. The building has an elevator (looks like newly installed). The apartment had a dishwasher and a washer which was comfortable. We parked at Obispo Galarzo parking garage and it was a short walk that even with suitcases was fine. This is what you should put in Google maps of arriving by car as the area around the hotel is not reachable by car. The checkin itself is not the room but very close by. Overall good...

"Excellent location, service and accommodations. The breakfast was nice. This was my second time staying at this property, and I enjoy their service and the continuity of staff. The hotel is an old Castle that has been modernized for the use of a hotel, and it is simply wonderful, which adds to the experience. They have onsite parking, and have an overflow lot at the top of the hill. Make sure and follow the parking directions given by the hotel, to use the right address, or be very observant and follow the signs, because blindly following GPS could have you on the very narrow streets at the top of the hill, which is not for the faint of heart. I had no complaints and highly recommend this hotel. Be well!"

"Our experience at this property was nothing but excelente. Employees were cordial and friendly,place was clean and prestine to be and historic property it was very easy to navigate and walk around. It was fix with all comforts and with people with disabilities in mind. Im glad i chose this property to stay on. Keep up with the good work"
