"Stayed here for 3-4 nights. Great parking. Very good service - also a refrigerator in the room - which was great. Overall nice hotel and great option if you want to have parking (rare in Europe) / a nice clean hotel / great service / easy access to the city. Bonus - there is a park right across the street which is great for walks. Also, bus terminal is like a block away. Will definitely stay here when i return in a month. Enjoyed the stay!"

"It was amazing.every thing exceeded my expectations.but what makes my day was Chloe.s she went the extra mile and helped me with my bus ticket problem.with her beautiful smile and genuine laughtershe called me to check that everything is okay and that the problem is solved.And made the stay so pleasant.That is the reason I will come back.also the location is very good ,the staff is very friendly and nothing to complain about really.I love it."

"The hotel is comfortable and clean, a great location to travel to/from the airport by bus or to the train station. The staff is just excellent; everyone is welcoming and helpful - Ludovic assisted us with extending our stay and seeking the medical help we needed. I am extremely satisfied with my stay."

"I chose this hotel because of the close vicinity to train station two minutes away when visiting St Malo. The bus station is also close by making it very convenient when we visited Mt Saint Michel. Accommodations were very nice and if they had a mini-frig and microwave, this would have been perfect. The property was well maintained and if I had any other recommendations, it would be to replace the carpeting but otherwise, I would recommend this hotel for others that do not want to be near city center."

"Meticulously cleaning and comfortable. Yes there is scaffolding but we booked at weekend, so no workmen around. It wasn't a problem as it was for updating the exterior of the hotel. "

"From the moment you arrive Mama Shelter has a pulse in the heart of old Rennes. If you have time check out the spa & remember to book beforehand. It's great and the restaurant / rooftop bar is a must."
