"We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay."

"When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing."

"Apartment was clean, well presented and for us…in a very lovely/quiet corner of Cala Santanyí (except the nearby bar music until 23.00 although the music suited us!). Disappointing that property manager chose not to meet us and to be given nothing other than keybox entry details was poor. Location/apartment/pool/parking were excellent and we will certainly look to book again."

"The apartment was a good size for us. It had a good kitchen with plenty of utensils, pots and pans and dishes. The air conditioning units were great as it was very hot and the washing machine was an added bonus. We had a problem with the kettle but Jayne the property manager ,who was very pleasant and efficient, resolved this issue within the hour. The beach was accessed directly from the complex and the pool was lovely. The balcony was a good size, with sun for most of the day but the beach...

"Everything about the stay was exactly as described. To be honest, the photo's don't do the apartment justice. Great sea views and looks straight over the pool. Location great for a short stroll into town. Great layout, very clean on arrival and Xisca responded to any questions we had before we went. We were even allowed a late check out as no one was arriving the day we left. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to return in the future."

"All contact with Rubi has been excellent, during booking and once we arrived.Rubi met us, even though our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until about 11pm. We had absolutely no problems with the apartment, it has everything & more than you would want in a holiday apt. "Just 20/25 minutes drive from the airport yet a peaceful and quiet village. Accommodation - all the basics for a self catering holiday and clean. No a/c though and was warm at night even with windows open and shutters closed. I understand what another customer review meant about the big bed - the mattress is very soft so you feel even warmer as you sink right into it.
