"We enjoyed our stay at the Tahiti Player Hotel. The staff on reception were always helpful, pleasant and professional. There is a train line in front of the hotel, so you had to take steps and go through a tunnel underneath the train track to get to and from the hotel. Due to heavy rain the first day this was flooded and often full of rubbish and debris. Not pleasant to walk through. I certainly wouldn't walk there on my own at night."

"Overall, I had an enjoyable trip, but the rooms did not match the advertised size and luxury—they were extremely small. The bathrooms were also very confined, making them uncomfortable to use. I would recommend offering all-inclusive options and adding more amenities to enhance the experience. In all of the places inside the hotel the service was amazing. The honesty they work with was incredible, my wife lost her diamond wedding ring and not only was it found but it was given back to us almost immediately, they also had a lost and found bin where everything they ever found was. "Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly. We report the issues at check out as we checked in late afternoon, were going to stay for one night, and did not want to have other people coming into our apartment to clean."
