Magnificent villa with private pool.

If it is impossible to come due to travel restrictions linked to COVID 19, we will refund 100% of the sums paid regardless of the date of cancellation.

We provide one hand towel and one hand towel per person.
The beds are made on arrival.

The beautiful villa Bonita is located on the heights of L'Escala.

It has a double bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms with 2 single beds. The bedding is of very high quality.
Another bathroom wc is at your disposal.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave and fridge.
The living / dining room is very bright and is equipped with a TV with TNT channels, a large table and wi-fi with free and unlimited internet access.
A bay window opens onto a large terrace with the beautiful swimming pool below and a barbecue.
The garden is lawned and goes around the house which is on one level.

This beautiful villa is located between the beaches of L'Escala and the protected natural park of Torroella de Montgrï. It will be perfect for quiet holidays, with family, sports (mountain biking, path, hiking etc ...), cultural (Dali museum, Ruins of empuries, castle of Torroella etc ...) or more festive thanks to the many bar and xiringuito (beach bar) to enjoy tapas.

The day of your arrival at the villa, I receive you and give you a map with all the good addresses to know as well as all the activities that you can practice during your holidays.
You can visit my site vingava.es to get to know the region better. In addition, I can be reached 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Great place
It was a great place to stay, the facilities were super. Even fresh lemons on the tree! The only down side was the temperature in the house. Of course , the house is built for hot summers, so when we stayed in November it was cold inside. There were two little radiators, but that wasn't enough for out of season.

A great week was had at the villa the property was just as the advertisement said, William was a great help and contactable at any time, the pool although not huge was excellent and well maintained throughout our stay which resulted in a very nice clean pool. the local shops and bars/restaurants were only a few minutes walk away. Macdonalds and Aldi were only 2 minutes by car plus great places to visit such as Girona, Roses and of course L'Escala it's self. All in all a great week, thank you William.

heerlijk verblijf gehad in Sept 2024 (2 weken) ,woning op 10 min lopen van de boulevard l'escala,en ca 25 min lopen van het oude levendige en gezellige oud lescala..Omgeving prachtig,mooie authentieke plaatsen in nabijheid. woning is zeer schoon en de host William staat graag voor je klaar indien nodig. complete keuken incl vaatw en wasmachine en zeer ruime terras met overkapping.

goed , relax. super leuke villa met privé zwembad van alle gemakken voorzien van Wifi tot wasmachine vooral het inchecken en uitchecken was super William is een top gastheer, relax en weet waar hij over praat duidelijk en accuraat.

Jederzeit wieder!!!
Ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz für vier bis sechs Personen! Auch Hunde sind sehr willkommen und können sich auf dem komplett eingezäunten Grundstück gefahrlos bewegen. Zudem ist das Grundstück so gut wie nicht einsehbar, was viel Privatsspähre bietet. Der allgemeine Zustand des Hauses ist gut, allerdings müssten einige Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände dringend ersetzt werden. Die Couch sowie das ein oder andere Möbelstück ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen und sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden, vor allem Gegenstände, wie z.B. die Toilettenbürsten müssen dringend erneuert werden. Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft und der Austausch mit Lea und William war absolut top!

A very nice time at Villa Bonita
From check-in to check-out we were very well looked after by William. Even when there was a technical fault during our stay, William responded immediately and solved the problem. The equipment of the house is exactly as described in the advertisement. We missed nothing. The only small thing that bothered us was the very small TV. But you don't need this on vacation (unless the European Football Championship is on :) It was a very good time there and we are going to come back next year :)

Bien situé et calme
Maison manquant d’entretien (volets portes-fenêtres qui ne ferment pas) et ménage succinct. Manque ustensiles basiques cuisine 1 saladier pas de cloche pour le micro onde aspirateur d’un autre temps et cafetière électrique très vieille bouillotte remplie de calcaire appareil électrique sale et défectueux. Odeur nauséabonde présence de mouches tous les jours. Maison très mal équipée pour 6 personnes absence lampe de chevet les photos ne ressemble pas du tout à la réalité un grand besoin d’un coup de fraîcheur ce n’est pas une maison haute gamme et pourquoi on ne retire pas les alèses avec les draps. Hygiène ???

Sehr gut!
Erst einmal möchten wir die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hervorheben. Lea und William sind ein Top Team und sehr nette Menschen. Vom Empfang durch Lea - mit allen Erklärungen bis zum Abschied mit William war alles Perfekt. Zum Haus welches auch eine perfekte Lage hatte. Kurze Wege zum Strand, zum Bäcker, zum Einkaufen... man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Terrasse und der Pool, die Größe des Haus einfach ausreichend für 4 Personen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, da das Haus mal eine Renovierung nötig hat. Auch ist eine Klimaanlage nötig. Mit ein paar Renovierungen und Änderungen des Inventar ist das Haus unschlagbar. Wir werden und würden jederzeit wieder bei William und seiner Tochter buchen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Das Objekt war genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es erübrigt sich daher, auf Einzelheiten einzugehen. Super persönlicher Check-In durch William, mit Beschreibung des Ortes. Dies ist leider oftmals nicht mehr üblich. Stadtstrand, Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Restaurants pp. sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert sind auch die weitläufigen Sandstrände ca. 10 km von L‘Escala entfernt. Aber auch ein Besuch der Altstadt ist empfehlenswert.

So muss Costa Brava sein
Das Haus ist ausreichend groß für unsere 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder. Pool und Terrasse lassen sich wunderbar genießen. Für das sonnige Leben draußen von Frühstück bis Grill am Abend ist genügend Platz und Ausstattung vorhanden. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10min. zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Bäcker in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft öffnet schon um 7 Uhr. William ist ein perfekter Gastgeber: jederzeit kurzfristig erreichbar, sehr freundlich, zupackend hilfsbereit und absolut verbindlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können anderen den Urlaub in diesem Haus und bei William nur empfehlen.

Mooie ruime woning met uitstekende voorzieningen
Zeer mooie vrijstaande woning met 2 badkamers. De keuken is voorzien van een vaatwasser, wasmachine, magnetron, koel-/vries combinatie en diverse kleine keuken apparatuur. Ook aanwezig een prive zwembad. De ontvangst was zeer goed. We kregen informatie over bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in de omgeving. Beheerder gaf aan dat we hem bij vragen of problemen altijd konden bellen. De vakantie was voor ons te kort, dus komen we zeker nog eens terug. Het huis met omgeving is zeker een aanrader

Soweit in Ordnung
Im Objekt müsste mal eine neue Couch rein man saß durch auf Holz sehr unbequem … einiges neu kaufen Duschvorhang ,WC Bürsten … neue Tischdecke sind Peanuts .. Neue Kaffeemaschine wurde uns vom netten William sofort gekauft kein Problem … außen müsste ein Garagentor neu rein zerfällt .. leider kam der Gärtner nicht was William versprochen hatte Garten pflegebedürftig… wenn paar schöne Blumenkübeln außen am Pool und Terrasse stehen würden das würde schon Flair bringen .. Sonne pur zu genießen Alles in Allem okay William nett zuvorkommend Danke Danke

Ya son varios años que reservamos con William y siempre nos trata genial, y nos da confianza, nos explica todo genial, etc... Siempre que lo necesitas está! La casa es genial, mucho mejor que en las fotos. Estuvimos de lujo. Genial para ir con los perros, ya que está todo completamente cerrado.

Séjour à passer des messages et attendre des solutions
Machine à laver le linge hors d’usage qui a été remplacé mais nous a fait perdre une demi journée. Nid d’abeille sur la terrasse. Femmes de ménage qui n’a pas communiqué qu’il n’y avait aucun balai et nécessaire de nettoyage. Villa sans climatisation Piscine restée plus de deux jours sans pompe pas d’employé ne sont venu voir, avec la canicule l’eau aurai vite tourné si je n’avais pas réussi à trouver la solution. Photos pas très réaliste et maison mal entretenu Couvercle du WC casser, dérouleur papier également. Rideau de douche vous tombe dessus et sale. Brosse WC sans nom…. Le propriétaire a la villa juste à côté et observe tout ont ne se sent pas à l’aise. William très sympathique
