"We loved the chalet and Rawdon area, absolutely breath-taking!! Even in the chilly winter we never felt cold, (even in the bathroom ). Heaters in each room so you can adjust. The tub was a bit small for a good long soak. The woodstove was nice to use as well, but definitely wasn't needed for heat, just cozy ambiance. "Unfortunately the interior of this cabin had a wood storage structure constructed of some type of pressure treated wood. There was a strong smell that was made worse by the use of 5 different air fresheners throughout the small cabin. These smells triggered asthma in our daughter and headaches and nausea for all of us. We tried to engage the property manager and requested to leave the property after one night however we were flatly refused a refund. So, we left after the 1st night of a three...

"We stayed for 3 weeks. Kitchen was fully stocked with hardware and spices and some condiments. The gym is first class and there are plenty of areas to separate and enjoy your own shows in the evening. Very well insulated and comfortable. The hosts are great folks!"

"Definitely bring your own seasonings/ dressings too as there is no oil , salt pepper etc and also no shampoo / conditioner in the bathrooms but otherwise it was a very cozy and relaxing experience "
