Albir is a beautiful town in Spain on the Mediterranean coast. The town is located 6 km from Benidorm and within easy driving distance from Altea and La Nucia. The population mostly comes from Northern Europe. The beautiful and popular beaches of pebbles and sand and the marine and coastal natural park of Sierra Helada.
Renovated 3 bedroom villa, with views to the mountains and Altea, is located in a quiet area of ​​Albir, near Altea, within walking distance to the town center but please note there is a steep hill on the way back not pleasant to walk during hot hours in summer. 1 km from the beach. 500m from the entrance of the Sierra Helada park and its hiking trails.

An excellent Christmas stay
The location of the villa is fantastic up the hillside over looking L’Albir and we were lucky with very good weather. The location is very peaceful (certainly at Christmas). We hired electric bicycles (Monkey Bikes) which made access to the area fun and easy (it’s quite a hike up the hill) Cooking facilities were very good and the kitchen is well equipped so Christmas lunch (sea bass from the market) was very memorableAll in all we had a good time

Stunning!
What can I say other than book this villa! The views and the gardens are amazing, pool is beautiful and the villa its self is amazing. The character and decor makes this place unique and we loved it. Alex is an amazing host very good at communicating and would definitely book again. Would recommend a car if you don’t want to walk the hill or be prepared to get taxi, we had a car and it’s very well located from bars etc beach is 5 mins away in car plenty of amenities near by, there is a garage for parking. There were 5 of us 2 adults 3 children (8,5,4) the stairs in the property are steep and caution should be taken for toddlers but Alex clearly advertised this and we managed well during our week stay, there’s a gate separating upstairs and downstairs which is amazing and really helps keep children safe also. Overall would definitely visit again if your thinking of booking do it! Albir and its beaches are beautiful!

The Villa was amazing with stunning views! The host Alex was lovely and helpful for us with very accommodating check in etc. which made our arrival much easier! We went as a group of younger girls and all felt very safe inside the villa! Would highly recommend and we are looking to go back again!

Stunning quiet villa
Alex’s home is absolutely beautiful and he is the perfect host. Excellent communication and there when we needed him. The house is fabulous - comfortable and beautifully decorated. All the facilities you need and very comfy beds. The pool is lovely but a bit chilly as we came early in the season. Just to note the home is at the top of quite a long hill. We are fit and healthy and we’re happy to have the 15 minute huff up the hill but for less MobileMe you would need a car or scooter. Supermarket is 15 minutes down the hill and beach is about 20 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Quiet spacious villa
Lovely well equipped villa in Albir. Can easily walk down into the village which takes about 10 mins. All downhill going into town so can walk back up hill or take a taxi which is about €5. Clean pool to cool off. We did get bitten by the mosquitoes so take repellent. Would return and stay here again. Alex is a wonderful host and always on the end of the phone if we had any problems. There is also a handy garage if you have a hire car.
