Magnificent colonial-style holiday house of the year 1780 (art nouveau-style furniture). Spacious terrace and splendid garden of 4500 m2, totally enclosed and distributed in different spaces: Romantic style garden with centenary trees, fruit tree area, ping pong room, barbeque and swimming-pool (10 x 50 m).

Its distribution is as follows:

The main house is distributed on one floor.

Living room and access to the terrace. A large dinning room with access to the terrace.Kitchen with fireplace, table, washing machine and a dishwasher. 4 bedrooms, double bed. 2 bathrooms with shower.

Private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) available since mid May.

Weekend bookings: Departures 17-18 h, as long as they do not coincide with the arrival of another client (in this case, prior notice will be given).

Week bookings: Departures maximum 12 h.

UNE GRANDE MAISON
Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche soir, pas de restaurants ouverts sur place, rien dans la cuisine, ni sel ni sucre, rien. Il manque des verres, des mugs, des plats pour le four. Au vu du prix de la location l'accueil nous a semblé très moyen. Par contre le jardin est vraiment très bien surtout avec deux chiens, la maisons est grande, mais bruyante dès le matin côté rue.

Séjour à l'Aleixar
Maison vaste et splendide, très grand jardin parfaitement arrangé et entretenu, avec beaucoup d'arbres fruitiers (orangers, citronniers...). Nous étions 8 adultes, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Barbecue impeccable. Beaucoup de sites intéressants à visiter dans les environs. La maison gagnerait toutefois en modernisant les sanitaires. En résumé, expérience très positive. Et merci aux propriétaires de si bien entretenir cette belle demeure.

Excellent séjour dans cette demeure magnifique. Village très joli. Tout était parfait. Seul petit bémol, le bruit côté rue le matin sinon nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Piscine régulièrement nettoyée. On se sent vite chez soi.

Propriété magnifique, de caractère, dotée d'un verger et d'une piscine remarquables. Quelques améliorations pourraient être apportées en ce qui concerne l'équipement en vaisselle (1 bol, c'est peu pour une maison sensée accueillir des enfants qui déjeunent la plupart du temps avec des céréales... un seul saladier ! pas de cuillères en bois alors que les ustensiles sont antiadhésifs... Hormis ces détails, la maison est surprenante et dépaysante ; la piscine très belle et bien entretenue. Adresse que nous recommanderons. Il est dommage de ne pouvoir régler la location par carte bancaire, mode de paiement qui en général offre une assurance voyage. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous avons apprécié de pouvoir garer nos voitures à l'intérieur de la cour. Seulement le passage du portail pose quelques difficultés.... souvent étions à la limite d'accrocher le dessous de la voiture. Vacances réussies et inoubliables pour petits et grands.

Propriété avec énormément de charme ,nous avions de la place ,énormément de charme . Très réactif nous avions eu un petit problème d eau chaude résolue dans le lendemain. Si je doit juste une petite chose négatif il y a eu des personnes qui sont passés par le portail qui donne à l extérieur pour aller dans le jardin ou il y a un Verger pour ramasser les fruits elles ne se sont pas présenter, elles on laisser le portail ouvert sans nous prévenir alors que nous avions des enfants en bas âge.

Une maison idéale pour les grands groupes. Impossible de se gêner tellement c'est grand. Les contacts sur place sont réactifs. A savoir que c'est un verger et que dans la journée des personnes rentrent dans la propriété pour cueillir les fruits et verifier le bassin d'eau mais sans prévenir ( ça surprend, ils ont les clefs d'un portail !). La piscine est très agréable, et très grande. La cuisine le barbecue sont parfaits pour un grand groupe ( nous étions 12). Très bon séjour à l'aleixar.

La decoració és una mica rància i els banys una mica antics, però a nosaltres ja ens està bé. Com a única molèstia els mosquits...amb tant de verd és inevitable. Molt recomanable!

We have spent a fantastic week in a beautiful house. The grounds with all the fruit trees were amazing. We would definitely recommend it. If we were to think of one thing to improve it would to have wifi throughout but that would just be one small thing. One week was not enough as none of us wanted to leave.

La maison et le jardin sont incroyablement jolies. L'histoire de la maison et la famille Guardiola est aussi tres interessant. Notre position au bord du village L'Aleixar etait tres favorable. Nous aimons toutes les meubles du dixhuitieme siècle. Mais avec une exception tres petite : est-ce qu'il faut se coucher sur des matelas du dixhuitieme siècle aussi ?! Nous pensons qu'ils sont trop, trop durs! (Et peut-etre pas assez longs?) Est-ce que c'est peut-etre possible d'acheter des matelas nouveaux pour les grands lits dans la maison? Je voudrais par example peut-etre faire encore une visite a Cal Fernando si vous permettez, mais un peu plus confortable dans la nuit s'il vous plait! Felicitations, nous avons eu beaucoup de la chance en trouvant cette maison pour nos vacances en Catalunya! Merci beaucoup RuralVerd. La Famille Hibbs
