"The apartment did not have an iron and ironing board or a coffee maker that worked on a convection stove. When we contacted the property management and asked them if they could provide a coffee maker and and iron we were told that if we weren’t satisfied we could find somewhere else to stay. This was on our first day in the unit after travelling 18 hours. We travel internationally two months every year to various locations and always rent apartments. We have never been treated so poorly....
