However, it was poorly maintained (light in bathroom was out with no bulb replacement, window shades broken), dated. dirty in some regards (stained towels, pots with stuck-on-food, cigarette smells, prior guests half eaten sandwich in fridge and socks on floor) and offered zero perks like some rentals. It could have benefited from air conditioning but there was a Dyson Air Fan available and fortunately the weather was not too warm. The staff were friendly and breakfast was delivered to the room.
