"Our room had a maintenance issue. Lights in bathroom would not turn off. Hanging glass globe light fixture over the bed had a large piece of glass missing and had additional cracks. We were able to move to another room however it was a much smaller room and no reduction in the rate was available ..."

"We were so disappointed upon arrival at our apartment. We had specifically booked an apartment instead of a hotel room so that we'd have a separate lounging area while our son slept, but there was only a tiny kitchen, no living room, and no door to the bedroom. The bathroom was full of black mold. ..."
