On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. The beach is about a 200m walk from the villa. This property is decorated with stone and quality materials. It has been finished with the care and detail reserved for a private home. Seagulls has a 100sqm space divided in two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen where you can prepare all your meals. In the living room the indoors dining table will comfortably seat more than 6 guests and the big sofa with the stone fireplace and the unblocked view to the sea through the glass doors create a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. A 32’ inch TV, free Wi-Fi internet access, NETFLIX and a Stereo Receiver are there to entertain our guests. A guest WC is also located on this level. The balcony on the ground floor has an outdoor table and a built-in sofa for relaxing, drinking and eating during the summer days and evenings. A couple of stairs from the balcony can lead you directly to the lower stone yard without the need to re-enter the house and use the main door. Stairs from the ground level lead to the upper floor of the property where you can find two bedrooms and the main bathroom of the house. All bedrooms have their own spacious wardrobe and share a large balcony with a stunning and unblocked view to the Aegean Sea.
All areas of the house are equipped with A/C to make sure that your stay will be as comfortable as possible.
Internal stairs on the far side of the ground floor lead to the basement which is locked and not accessible.
The outside area of the property (around 1000sqm) is comprised of a stone yard, a built-in corner sofa, trees, a vegetable garden and a small warehouse. The warehouse is always locked and not accessible to the guests.
Free spacious parking for more than one car is located just outside the house.
