"Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!"

"Und wieder war es eine wunderschöne Woche im Waldhaus Wiersdorf! Die Ruhe, die Natur, die Gemütlichkeit.. unvergleichbar! Wie die anderen Male auch hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind einfach ein Traum. Wandern, Wellness, Grillen und Abends am Feuer sitzen, einfach in den Tag hinein leben und die Seele baumeln lassen... Bis zum nächsten mal.. wir freuen uns jetzt schon! "

"The owner was very good at communicating, although I only gave a 3 for accuracy of the listing because it stated there was a washing machine but one was not available. We were on a 3 week vacation so we were hoping to do some washing. However the kitchen was very well set up with an abundance of coffee and tea. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. I would recommend this property."

"We had a great stay in Birresborn! House is very clean and modern interior. Kitchen has lots of utensils and pans. Would be nice to have some tea towels etc. Overall experience was very good. Close enough to Cochem and Trier for a day trip."

"Trotz des schlechten Wetters haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Ofen hat zwischendurch für gute Stimmung gesorgt. Uns hat allerdings gestört, dass Strom, Wasser (!) und Holz separat abgerechnet wurden. Die Grundversorgung sollte aus unserer Sicht im Preis enthalten sein. Alles drüber sollte dann von den Gästen bezahlt werden. Dass wir am Ende (leidliche) 3,03€ für das von uns verbrauchte Wasser zahlen mussten, empfanden wir als "geizig"."

"Das Ferienhaus war sauber und ordentlich, die Umgebung malerisch und zum Wandern sehr gut gelegen. Beachten sollte man die zusätzlichen Stromkosten, da das Haus elektrisch geheizt wird. Wir hatten Herbst und haben für 6 Nächte ca. 60 Euro Strom bezahlt."

"The view is spectacular!! Our kids thought the place was amazing and we also enjoyed it. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. It's a little tricky to get to; but that was likely due to us not being from Germany/the area/understanding how the roads work. Once we understood how to get to it, it was a breeze to come and go. "This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"
