Individual bedrooms are very spacious and some of them are the size of two bedrooms actually. The house is perfectly laid out for up to 16 guests !! All bedrooms have smart TVs and private closets. Common areas also have TVs.

The living room walks right out back to the backyard with a beautiful pool, outdoor grill, and outdoor games. 2 pool chairs are available by the side of the pool. The Gameroom upstairs is large enough to enjoy your evening, relax or play a game of Billiards or Ping Pong.

This house is in a peaceful residential neighborhood and hence loud or late-night parties are not allowed per city ordinance. The guest is expected to respect the privacy and comfort of the neighbors at all times.

Optional Amenity (Heating the Pool):-

Some guests do not want Pool to be heated. So to keep the rates low, we have kept the pool heating charges as optional and we provide this optional amenity, only upon guest request. It is big size pool (30 ft X 15 ft), so lots of gas energy gets used to heat it. Additional charge is to cover the propane gas cost to heat the pool when the air temperature is cool. The surcharge must be paid upfront and notice must be provided 24 hours prior to the desired temperature, to ensure time for the water to warm. Maximum allowed heated pool temperature is 82° to give you a comfortable swimming temperature Year Round. If it is cloudy or nighttime, the pool will not feel as warm, as it will on a sunny day even though the water temperature is the same. It will NOT feel warm like a hot tub. We kindly request that Pets are NOT allowed in the pool.. If there is an unforeseen issue with the pool heater we will refund any heating fee, but do not offer a nightly rate refund.

*Pool is treated and cleaned on Tuesday’s. There will be a time out of pool immediately after it being treated.
