"Overall it was very good. Excellent location and transport links. Beds were comfortable and decent size lockers. Kitchen area is superb. Cleaning staff do a great job. This is a large and busy hostel and there are always many people coming and going. Some have said it's noisy but I didn't have any problems. I had a very pleasant stay here"

The staff didn't understand why this was unsatisfactory. - The pillow was a tiny square cushion with lumpy...

"My stay was cancelled on arrival, my refund has still not been received, it was cancelled without notification on a very cold wet & windy evening. Unless rectified, I will never be using this website ever again, & I will inform as many forums, as I can of the extremely poor service I have received. "
