"Clean, neat. Needs ash trays by the pool. A hot tub would be nice. The Suana was closed. The room was clean and neat, but barely any dishes or utinsils. Did have a water heater pot, stove and refrigerator. Open shower, no enclosed stall for showers. AC worked well and room was over all comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The surrounding area of the property was dirty."

The staff were very professional and quick to get me checked in, and then throughout my stay, were consistently very helpful, quick, and professional in addressing my requests. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The room was spacious, and the views were wonderful. The location is also good. If I had one complaint, it would be that the windows needed to be cleaned from the outside, but my stay was during a very dusty time of year in Kuwait City."
