Apartment located nearby Ruka International Ski Stadium by the lake Talvijärvi. The nearest ski lift - Talvijärvi, the nearest restaurant - Rukatonttu. Ski trails, snowmobile trails, and other activities are located right next to the apartment.

26 km to the north from Kuusamo, distance to the Ruka village (West-Ruka) is 1,4 km car, and 600 m by foot.

Holiday apartment, built in 2008, on the ground floor of 2-storey loft house by the lake Talvijärvi. Bedrooms 1-2: 2 beds, living area: sofa bed, living room/kitchen, electric sauna. More information: There is a water-circulated floor heating in the apartment. Guests can use shared laundering/drying area located in the basement of the house. In the basement, there is also a shared ski maintenance room. Swimming possibility on the lake Talvijärvi beach, also ice swimming possibility in the winter. Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price.

Other distances: Ruka central square 600 m by foot and 1,4 km by car. Oulanka National Park/Karhunkierros trail 23 km.

Reservations start at 16 and end at 12 (also weekend reservations).
