Holiday apartment close to Ruka village, walking distance to services and activities. Apartment is located on the right side of Hiihtokouluntie-road, on the top floor (several stairs).

29 km north of Kuusamo, Ruka village 300 m. Holiday apartment built in 2004, bedroom downtairs with a double bed, bedroom upstairs with 2 beds, combined kitchen-livingroom with a convertible sofa bed, electric sauna. Total area of the apartment is 57 m² of which 47 m² downstairs and 10 m² upstairs. Apartment is suitable for families. Balcony towards lake Kitka. Shared ski maintenance room in the building. Garage for a car. Pets are not allowed, but apartment is not suitable for allergic persons, since the owner's dog visits the apartment occasionally.

Oulanka National Park / Pieni Karhunkierros -trail 23 km, Riisitunturi National Park 29 km.

Die Nähe zum Skilift war super. Die Wohnung ist ansonsten sehr abgewohnt. Die Bedienung des Kamins ist sehr schwierig. Alles in allem eine Mittelmäßig gute Ferienwohnung
