"Very nice location in the heart of Finnish lakeside. Cottages were clean and new. More under construction. Perfect for overnight stay. Not for hanging around during rainy day due to limited indoor space though. Excellent dinning and good breakfast. Great options for outdoor activities and group gatherings."

"This hotel was once a prison. There might be an inside joke in making this into a hotel, but it is a pleasant place. Service was very good, from reception to check-out. Especially noteworthy was the breakfast—freshly baked breads and pastries were excellent. They had an amazing selection of teas and overall, a very pleasant start to the day."

Not worth the price

"Pros: - good Wi-Fi - easy to find - check in instructions are sent via sms Cons: - Shower drain in 2 showers were broke and water was flooded - Sauna is not every day - The rooms doors are very noisy when being closed , it will slap very hard if you don’t hold it and when that happen, you can feel beds are shaking/ vibrating - Uncomfortable hard bed / pillows can be renewed - very Late check in 16:00 and early check out 11:00 - not worth the amount I paid at all (~65€) "
