It says the front desk is 24/7 but when I got there no one was at the front desk. I tried calling and emailing but they said Expedia has the wrong information on there. So I was stuck outside the hotel for 2 hours waiting. I asked staff for help and they didn’t want to help me. I had to physically knock on the door of the room the front desk person was sleeping in to get into my hotel room. They apologized which was nice but I was still a bit annoyed. Also my room stunk and the ac barely worked. I asked for a room switch. They said okay but I never got that room switch. & I had to kill roaches that were in my room every day. There was 1 staff member I really liked and was very accommodating & I liked the location as well
Le personnel est gentil mais pas tres efficace. Il faut demander plusieurs fois de faire le ménage pour que cela soit fait sinon cela ne l'est pas. Si vous choisissez une chambre supérieure demandez loin de la piscine car c'est bruyant tous les soirs et le personnel ne fait pas taire les clients bruyants
