Great location. A oasis in the heart of Kuta. Stayed in a Delux room. Was large and lovely. Couple of things let it down. 1) the bathroom smelled horrid for a couple of hours after cleaners came, every day. 2) Bed was way to firm for me, my partner did not mind it. The highlights. 1) the gardens and grounds are great for kids. 2) The pool is great. 3) The on site spa is fantastic and cheap. 4)great location

Great short stay at this hotel. Rooms were spacious and very clean. It was noisy at night from the pool area and we could here karaoke from a bar nearby but it all shut down around 11pm so didn’t really affect us that much. Pool was great and has a swim up bar. Staff were so helpful and organised a taxi to the airport on the night we left. I would stay here again.

We stayed in the family room and it was perfect for what we needed. Spacious and comfortable with 2 TV’s, fridges and Air Con’s. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Staff are amazing, so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good and the pool area is inviting with Pool towels provided onsite. Lock boxes are kept at reception which is fine as you keep the key and there is a sign in log - we only went to our lock box every couple of days to get more cash. Hotel is located and the end of a small street that has 2 convenience stores , 2 nail/hair salons, a few shops and restaurants including the Avera restaurant on the corner. Would definitely stay again.
