"Hitty-San has lovingly restored an old samurai house and it shows. The property is unique with all kinds of decorative touches. It’s conveniently located near the train station and local sightseeing. Most of all, Hitty-san’s gracious hospitality made for a memorable trip. Thank you Hitty!"

"If say it's a hotel, rather say it's an apartment. Basically you take the whole apartment yourself, good for family to stay together. Staff is nice and happy to welcome everyone. Nice view from top of the hotel and close to other major spots"

"A truly unique experience. Our gracious hostess, Ms. Fujita, welcomed us with freshly prepared matcha and mochi. The machiya is spacious, spotless, and has very comfortable beds and futons. There are small handwritten cards throughout the house detailing historical information and conservation efforts. The washer/dryer combo works great. The stairs require some agility. "地點極度不方便，由香林坊入，穿過長町武家屋敷跡，再穿過民居後巷才到達，旁邊緊貼荒廢的舊居，正正門口又進行大型動土工程，附近民居門口種植大量植物低又管理不善，導致大量蚊蟲滋生。我們到達時使用提供的密碼，輸入多次都回覆密碼錯誤，需要長時間等待職員到場協助。入屋檢查時發現地上有其他使用者的長頭髮，燈光昏暗，景觀完全沒有景觀可觀。 "

"The location was great for us. Supermarket nearby, and within walking distance to Katamachi for restaurants & bars.The host met us and explained a bit about the apartment. There were easy-to-understand printed instructions in both in English and Japanese for the appliances and other amenities. The host arranged for a parking spot behind the building for our entire stay. Well worth what we paid for our stay in Kanazawa. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"I enjoyed my stay at Inova very much. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They have a coffee bar by the reception which was great. I stayed on the first floor and it was very convenient. It is also a quick walk to the Kanazawa station. "
