"Quiet retreat atmosphere. But also not located near anything so a bit isolated. You get your own casita with your own patio. Beautiful except for shower/tub which is difficult to access if you have mobility issues. Apart from that perfect. Breakfast is perfectly fine but not amazing as it is in other 5 star hotels. Coorg food is restaurant was great. Dont order the pizza! Spa is great. Had 2 massages and both great. "

"They need to be professional. Intercom was not working even after complaints. First day room was not cleaned and they said staff is gone for the day. However staff is courteous and respond immediately. Breakfast was good but limited to only idly, Dosa and pulav and not as shown in the website. Overall okay stay and not worth the amount I paid"
