"Everything was great!"

"This is an idyllic hidden gem within a 5 minite walk of the centre of Kusadasi. You walk in and the property just keeps on giving, from the pretty gardens, to the quaint pool area, to the large rooms, everything was clean and tastefully decorated to keep within tradition. The views over the city were amazing too. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful; going above and beyond to help with anything. Although there is no private balcony, there are seating areas outside of the rooms and all around the property. Breakfasts were traditional and plentiful, and everything was home cooked, and very tasty. I actually don't want to recommend this, but only because I'm selfish and don't want it spoilt! Perfect location, perfect stay. "

"Hotel location is just perfect for a quiet stay right on the beach! We had a Deniz standard room, but nothing was standard - the room was just huge, well furnished, climate controlled, comfortable bed, a spacious walk in shower and a huge balcony offering an unforgettable view of the sunsets! Hotel manager Mr. Sabri went far and beyond to situate us in a room and make us feel home during our stay. The lobby and walkways are all welcome you with flowering pots, so you feel walking through some paradise. There a few dining options and a fresh bakery shop on ground and around. The Ladies Beach was not crowded, safe for small children, good for experienced swimmers and even offered options for some water sports activities. I would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers who enjoy quiet nights on the water."

"Customer Service was top notch and exceptional. Unlike the other hotels we stayed at (who were frugal with everything), they were very warm and hospitable throughout our stay - we thoroughly ENJOYED it. The half-board meals were a great spread of food, especially the desserts. They even packed a lunch box on our last day as we left before breakfast They did not let us stay our extra days in the initial sea view room our tour booked for us so we had to change to a "side sea view" room we booked room, which was a pain (but fair enough). The massage in the spa downstairs was OK but the Turkish bath was a disaster as it was very noisy, chaotic and not relaxing with kids running all over and screaming. The Jacuzzi was lukewarm, so I didn't enjoy that, but seemed to be the case with all the hotels. But my overall experience at this hotel for the things that really mattered was 5*. I would love to go again for a relaxing week."
