We found parking right behind the hotel, front desk was manned by an English-speaking young lady, so check-in was fuss-free. The family room was very large, generally clean, but well-worn (furniture had chips off the edges, some scratches on wall, etc). "Lovely small hotel with free secure parking and superb breakfast. Good WiFi. Not in a center but in residential area accross the park, beach is 3 minūtes to go. Free cosmetics and slippers. Espresso coffee machine in your room. Blankets were too warm to sleep."

"There was a technical issue with gas boiler in our room late at night. The four of us had to move. We were given 2 separate rooms with absolutely no recognition of any kind for the inconvenience. We asked for a discount but were told that we should be happy that we’re not charged extra. The worst customer service ever!"
