The room was great, hotel staff were fine. Very disappointed with the restaurant on the 8th floor, did have the drinks they adverted on the menu. Next day we want to the main restaurant around 6pm ish. We were taken to our seats. Then a few minutes later the waitress came over and said that they are not open today and told us to go to the 8th floor. One question is why did they sit us down and why didn’t they have a sign saying they are closed. There are only few restaurants close to this hotel, not much of a choice for eating out.

Everyone was so polite, helpful and friendly . They gave us a room upgrade. Location was perfect.

Perfect Hotel to explore Istambul. Close to many sites and restaurants, but also with a tram nearby. Additionally, even if it is very central, it was very quiet and allowed a restful sleep.

We stayed in Agora life hotel for 5 nights and i will say it was a wonderful experience. The staff were ever so sweet and helpful when approached. The hotel is a 4 star hotel and not so extravagant but what i really appreciate the most is that everything you need was there like the smallest of things like cotton buds and slippers, which you probably woudnt get from other 4 star hotels. The hospitality from front staff to back office staff was so friendly. Breakfast could be better as it was the same cold breakfast everyday. Location was perfect as it was walking distance from most of the tourist sites and even more bonus, only 10 minutes away from the local tram! Clean rooms. Staff asked us if we wanted juice or tea when we were checking in without mentioning they are complimentary. Would have appreciated if they said that upfront. Couldn’t lock the door from inside, took a long time for them to send a technician.
