The hallway off the back of the kitchen has the 3rd bedroom that has two twins, and then a sitting room with a queen bed and access to an ocean view balcony. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo across from this bedroom in the hall as well.
From this hallway off the kitchen you access the top floor, the entire master suite. The master suite has a king size bed, a sitting area with a full day bed and a twin trundle, and a flat screen TV. Off the sitting area there is a large balcony with ocean views that also overlooks the backyard. There is an extremely large master bathroom with a double sink, large walk in shower, soaker tub, and walk in closet.
There is a flight of stairs off the living room that go down to the ground level. This level has a 2nd living room with a large sofa, sitting chairs, and flat screen TV as well as a wet bar and multiple game tables. The final bedroom is on this floor with a pyramid bunk bed and a futon, as well as a full bathroom in the hallway. There is a sitting area with a 2nd fridge, and access to the backyard. From the backyard there is a gate that goes to a direct beach access road, get your toes in the sand by crossing just one street!
