This fantastic three-level home offers a prime location close to the historic Fort Fisher, or visit Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Downtown Wilmington where shopping and dining options await. After a sun-kissed day exploring the area, return home to cool off in the private saltwater pool. Completely fenced, the pool patio features loungers and a gas grill perfect for the ultimate retreat.

Spanning three floors of stylish living space, this home offers plenty of room to spread out. The first floor features a private suite including a foosball table, direct access to the pool area, and an en suite bathroom.

On the second floor, enjoy an open-concept living room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Enjoy dining alfresco on the covered deck and sipping crisp drinks in an Adirondack chair. Another suite is located on this floor and includes a private balcony overlooking the pool area and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.

The ocean-view suite includes an en suite bathroom and ocean-view private deck. While another has a private balcony with views of the pool and a second bedroom featuring bunk beds.

The home is ready to make families' vacations easier offering three Pack ‘n Plays, a highchair, and toys. For added convenience, there is free WiFi perfect for streaming, central air-conditioning to keep you cool, and a private washer/dryer to refresh and head out for another day of beach adventures. Electric vehicle owners will be happy to know this vacation house is also EV-ready with a NEMA 14-50 charger plug in the garage.

Things to Know
The private pool is typically open from May through October. The saltwater pool is unheated.

Great family house..
We came to town for our daughter’s graduation from UNCW. The house was nicely appointed and the location was perfect! We really liked that there were 2 master bedrooms, and that all the bedrooms and baths were evenly spread across all 3 floors. The layout gave our family of 6 people plenty of space and separation to keep from feeling like we were on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice property, convenient to beach and a large group. Grilll is not in the best of shape but functions. Beach chairs are rusty and tattered, so either replace or don't advertise you have them

Late check in due to cleaning crew still there. Were not allowed late check out. Home dirty at arrival: wet towels in dryer that did not work properly, counters greasy, tubs/toilets dirty. One even had what appeared to be blood smear on seat. No sheets for 2 beds and had to wait until almost 1am for delivery, non-working grill--had to but one to grill out. Waited almost an hour to reach someone each time tried to call about problems. Not bery responsive to text/emails either. Not impressed versus other companies we have used in the past.

Great location
It's right across the street from the beach so very easy beach access and withing walking distance of Kure pier which has some restaurants. The house was great for our needs...we cooked breakfast each morning and made dinner in the house one night and we everything we needed was provided. We were curious as to how many beach chairs they had, so for future renters...we saw two beach chairs because for us that was a big question in whether we should have packed some for our group. We found the house clean and up to date and very comfortable.

Great beach home for families with kids! They had everything- highchairs, toys, cribs, and small pool. Easy walk to the beach and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything imaginable. Our Grand kids loved it. Highly recommended!!

Perfect for getaway weekend
Perfect location for young family. Well-appointed, incredibly clean house, very comfortable beds. Our children loved the Fußball table and small pool. Quick walk to beach access, sand toys, chairs and boogie boards were available for us to use. We enjoyed the balconies to watch people and traffic while enjoying meals or a drink. Perfect house, perfect location.
This townhouse is absolutely delightful. Beautifully decorated (especially the second floor bathroom), well stocked, COMFORTABLE beds, amazing towels, easy access to the beach which is across the street. I just love this place. The only downside is the toaster didn't work....but hey, I went old school and toasted in the oven. The Vacasa instructions about getting into the house were absolutely wrong and I had to call. Other than that, very happy and I'm sure future renters will be too.
