This beautiful beachy home has 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths and is located in the heart of Kure Beach! It's steps away from the beach, pier, boardwalk, and restaurants.

Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset from one of our 5 decks. Each deck is equipped with lounge chairs for relaxing while taking in the amazing ocean breeze. The front 2 decks face the ocean, and the back 3 decks face the pool. The pool is beautifully surrounded by palm trees and located just a few steps away from your backdoor.

towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap,

beach cart, beach chairs, beach wagon, children's puddle

jumpers, cooler, beach games and toys.

-Play Gate, Highchair, Pack-n-play, Coloring Books and Crayons, Beach

Chairs, Puddle Jumpers/Life Vests, 2 Sleeping Mats, Child Locks on storm

doors and back patio door.

Garage

-There's enough room to fit 1 small car in the garage. We

have a dart board and an area designated for beach

items.

1st Floor Level

-The main level has 1 bedroom which could easily

accommodate a small family or a few children. There is a

bunkbed (twin over full), 2 sleeper chairs, smart tv, full

bathroom, and walkout patio just steps away from the

gated pool.

2nd Floor Main Level

-Cozy Living room with a large sectional (sleeper sofa), 2

chairs, smart tv, dvd player and games for the family.

-The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances,

cooking ware, Keurig and coffee bar.

-The island seats 4 people and the console table across

from the bar seats 4 additional people.

-The Dining room has a large table that seats 8 people

comfortably.

-There are 2 decks on this floor (1 facing the ocean and the

other facing the pool).

3rd Floor

-There are 3 bedrooms on this floor with a deck attached

to each. Two of the 3 bedrooms face the ocean while the

3rd bedroom overlooks the pool.

-The Master bedroom has a comfortable king bed,

vanity/desk, 2 chairs, and a full bathroom. The master

bedroom has its own deck overlooking the pool.

-The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, chair, desk, an access

to the deck facing the ocean.

-The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, chair and access to

the deck facing the ocean.

-There is a full bathroom on this level that's shared

between 2 of the 3 bedrooms.

Additional Sleeping Options

-2 tri-fold extra long twin mattresses which are extremely

comfortable and easy to move.

-Sleeper sofa in the living room

Even my 4 year old grandson said, “This is the best beach house I’ve ever stayed in!” The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay, including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, wagons, and boogie boards. There was a deck off of every room, and we enjoyed sitting out on every one of them. Beautiful trees all around the complex that provide shade for the decks and around the lovely pool area. The children, ages 11, 10, 9, and 4 enjoyed playing some of the many games stored in a huge cabinet. We would love to come back!

Perfect vacation home!
The host thought of everything! We usually get bogged down bringing all the extra beach and pool supplies. The kitchen had everything we needed. The coffee bar provided everyone’s favorite methods of preparing their morning coffee. The location is great on the quiet end of the island and beach access less than half a block away. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Property and amenities were great! The only thing is that we did not have any sheets for the sofa bed or the chair beds.. otherwise things were wonderful! My kids loved the pool and beach!

A beautiful house
A beautiful house, very well maintained, the owners made an effort in every detail, super comfortable, very well located, very clean, a house that adapts for children and adults, the pool is an excellent option when you return from the beach 100% Recommended without doubt I would rent again

Restful and beautiful
What a nice place to stay in a beautiful part of the country. The ocean in front of us and a small swimming pool behind us with plenty of water for relaxation along with a well decorated, accommodated Place.

Beautiful home!
The pics do not do it justice. Beautiful home, loved the decor. Hope to stay here again. Great location with beach access a very short walk and just across the street. Also she has supplied everything you need to feel at home. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Beach Week
I’m not a review writer but we were so impressed with this lovely, clean, well stocked rental that we would definitely stay again. It had everything you could possible need for the beach, lots of towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys. Located just across the beach access. Well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds and pillows. Well laid out rooms for our 2 families of 4. Close to great restaurants but far enough away from Carolina Beach congestion and crowded beach. Owner provided great list of dining suggestions and activities. Best time ever, we highly recommend it!
