With 36 acres of land to yourself it is difficult to not find outdoor activities for the whole family to enjoy. We feature your own private tennis court on property. Volleyball net is also set up on the expansive lawn. It is truly an outdoor dream.

For those hot summer days enjoy our outdoor inground pool with spillover waterfall. The pool is heated and comes with an attached hot tub which is open all year round. The pool opens from memorial day weekend until the end of September.

During winter we provide snow tubes for those snowy days, and have on site snow removal equipment to ensure your vacation plans are never disrupted by inclement weather.

Those that enjoy cooking, we have a very fully stocked kitchen. All the pots, pans, and gadgets you would ever want to cook your meals. Just bring your own spices, food, and foils.

Outdoors we have a full sized Pitboss pellet smoker/grill. This makes dabbling in smoking meats or simply grilling a breeze with precise electronic temperature control. All the pellets are provided during your stay. If you wish to get into more rustic cooking, feel free to cook on our Breeo fire pit. Provided is a cooking grate that installs onto the fire pit with height adjustment to get the right sear your looking for. Currently, hot tub will be closed for the 2024 season
