"The apartment was terrific. Location was convenient for me. The host was very kind and helpful. Everything was very good. I would like to give a 5-start review. Except for check-in and check-out. I flew into Stockholm with midnight arrival. But key is available several blocks away. And only until 10pm. Then, checking out, cannot leave the key until 9am. So, you cannot leave the apartment until then. For an air traveler on business, this is quite restrictive. And it requires carrying luggage through the snow to drop the key. And then waiting for a taxi at the convenience store. Again, the property and host were both really great. I'm sorry I can't leave 5 stars!"

"I appreciate the professional support I received from Atefeh, she is courteous and ensured that my disability needs were met. She went over and above to relocate me to a more disability friendly room in Hotel Norrort. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable for my needs. I really liked the comfortable environment and ability to open windows on a sunny day! Even with my disability, I was able to walk to the bus stop which is right next to the hotel, very convenient for those who don’t have a car. Thank you Atefeh!!!"

"i/we recommended this place to stay. it was a nice stay in this place. the receptionist/owner was really friendly and accomodating with guests. we stayed in 4 beds room. we wished to have more outlet connection for charging phones in our rooms 😉. we enjoyed the beach place, it was a nice warm summer weather. they have a nice view outside the resto. we really like the common kitchen (clean), toilets and shower rooms. the public transportation is not far to walk from the place. safe place to stay in. quiet and feel relaxing. "
