"Hotel building/rooms definitely needs some renovation. Not that they are bad, just not new. Rooms are pretty small as well, but thats what you can check in room description so pretty much expected. Everything else is on very high level especially service and amenities. Animation can be improved in terms how active animators are in involving patrons, but list of activities is pretty extensive. Evening shows are of good quality as well. Overall its very good hotel for families with kids"

"The food is amazing also the deserts And a lot of activities The swimming pool fantastic ….. But I don’t like some of the staff are unprofessional Also they don’t provide the iron .. should be pay extra 15 euro for 1 hour .. also I pay extra for birthday to do some surprises in the room they forgot .. and I’m unhappy they close water park for kids very quickly "

"Amazing place for an holiday and great food … it was really hard to get taxi’s as non of the drivers were taking any bookings .. we had to go through the hotel reception which cost us a bit extra "
