"We had a great stay at Villa tulipan - it's located in the old town so easy to walk to restaurants, shops,tram station. Our room had a double bed in one room and they set up a sofa bed and single mattress for our two children to sleep in the second room, it was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. "I booked one night before, but the morning (11:00AM) before the check-in, the booking got cancelled. The staff were indeed helpful and tried to find a new room somewhere else, but I was on the road and could not see the substitute myself, so I did not accept. Overall it was too spontaneous and uncomfortable. I got back most of the paid money in cash, but the EUR/TRY exchange rate from Hotels.com and the manager differed and i lost around 10% there, that I didn't notice right there....

"The Hotel Owner is an excellent Lady . The Hotel itself may have some short falls as for example no Lift so You need to climb the steps.
