"Wir waren 9 Tage im Hane Family. Das Personal war überwiegend genervt. Es gab wenige Kellner, die freundlich und bemüht waren. Man hatte fast Angst, was zu bestellen, auch an den Theken. Ein Restaurant-„Chef” namens Yılmaz war der unfreundlichste und aroganteste Mitarbeiter im ganzen Hotel. Er hat nicht nur die anderen Kellner, sondern auch die Gäste angemotzt, wenn man bspw. nach einem freien Tisch gefragt hat. Das Essen war sehr unterschiedlich; mal hat es sehr gut und mal sehr schlecht...

"Für mich verdient das Hotel noch nicht mal 3 Sterne das Badezimmer war Letzte misst gewessen von Waschbecken läute wasser auf dem Boden das gleiche von WC, und vom Dusche brauche ich nicht sagen. Ich hab die Reseption Personal angerufen wegen die diese sachen Die waren richtig unfreundlich unfäschemt nie wieder, auch die Restaurant personal waren unhöflich. Einzige freundliche personal waren die Barkipper."

"The hotel is family oriented with a few activities. The food is almost always the same. It is not super clean, we waited the whole day for our room to be cleaned and in the end it wasn't even clean so we had to call them to clean it again. Bed sheets are changed when you ask them to do that-not otherwise. In the bar is almost every time something missing ( for example. they didn't have water for 2 days). You pay full price for an all inclusive hotel and you get cafeterian food. If you want wi-fi...

"Location of property means alot of walking or taxis to get around, the property is clean and rooms are spacious and the staff friendly. For a 4 star property the food choice seemed poor overall, some dishes we're tasty but I found myself eating out sometimes. Not to sure chips as a breakfast choice is right I would rather they had a machine for toasting bread."
