As for the building, to call this hotel "dated" is an understatement as it is right out of the 1960s. The room was hot and the AC was not working properly. "This hotel is at the west exit of the Okayama train station, which is extremely convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included. The bus and tram stations are nearby that get you to the castle and the garden. "

"It is in a historical spinning mill factory museum. The building itself is old, but renewed to good condition with a excellent restaurant, bar, public bath, beautiful garden, patio and confortable accommodation. Location is a little bit far from the train station, but just next to or in the sightseeing area. "
