"This is a beautiful hotel with great views of the river and countryside. It is quiet and the rooms are very nice. I used the private baths with no waiting. The bar is a great whisky and wine bar. Complimentary ramen was very nice and filling. Other snacks are also given free. Staff were so friendly, and managed around my language barrier with ease and friendliness."

"Près de la gare.Train et autobus. Les services à l'hôtel sont excellents. Propre. Déjeuner inclus . Standard et quelques mets de cuisine locale. Très bon. Les autobus de ville nous amènent aux sites 'Tsurumidai' et 'Centre Akan International' pour voir les grues 'Tsuru' Horaire à vérifier. Information touristique près du pont Nusamai."

"Our room was very clean and modern. Little amenities like bath salts, sake and espresso in the lobby, and pillow menu were a nice bonus. It is close to the fisherman’s wharf and there are lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Great value for the stay."

"This property is idealy located if the transportation from the AirPort is Important - it is door to door. The staff were very helpful and room was very clean. Not speaking Japanese made it difficult for me at times. For example there are 3 options for breakfast which staff might have explained to me but i did not understand. It did not matter as normally i like to eat outside hotel but the full breakfast on the last night was very good. "

"Perfect example of not judging based on pictures. While the rooms are dated they are immaculate. Not a stray hair or spec of dust in our room. Excellent service and friendly staff. The AC issue did bother us and the room had a closed off smell. Lovely view and enjoyable breakfast buffet. Plus all their power is sourced from solar and a screen near the elevators shows the solar array power generation which is an added benefit for green energy nerds."

"Very convenient location, near train station n bus station. Can hear announcements from bus station in room . Room n bath very small. Shower head very small, takes long time to wash hair. Very good breakfast n very friendly helpful staffs🌷"

"チェックインから色んな飲み物が飲めて最高です^_^お酒好きには完璧なホテルです笑夜ご飯や朝ごはんも素晴らしいですし、飲み物も飲み放題です。ここのホテルは酒好きに最高の場所です温泉はもちろん素晴らしいです酸性の温泉は気持ちが良いですまた行きたいですありがとうございました^_^"

"タブレットカメラが半分白く濁って写り、顔を認識しない。(何回も試して、ようやく半顔で認識した) 部屋に鍵がオートロックなのは、わかりやすい様にして欲しかった。荷物をクルマに取りに行く間に、ロックされスマホも無い中で大変困った。人がいない施設なので、配慮が必要な点が目立った。清掃も設備も行き届いている中で、とても残念。"
