Credit card machine didn’t work for days, so was asked to make a wire transfer via the owner’s bank (which requires a heavy fine). Tried to pay cash instead and was yelled at by the owner. Hot water never worked, could feel the springs in the mattress, the restaurant had no options and the breakfasts got smaller each day. The staff was very friendly, but the owner seemed abrasive and inflexible with payment options (given her method of payment was broken). I’ve never taken time to write a review, but feel this is worth sharing.

Lovely hotel, but not ready to receive guests.
The hotel isn't really ready to receive people, we were told that we were not booked when arrived at the hotel, even though we showed them our paid reservation reference and email, they said that they only accept bookings from Expedia and haven’t heard of Hotels. Com, so we should pay again, I refused to pay and showed them the details and payment. This made the check in really long, because the director of the hotel had to be convinced that the website really existed. Luckily the daughter of the director was able to find the booking and payment, so we could go to our room.
The WiFi didn't work on the our floor, the restaurant didn't have most of the food on the menu, and the food was very expensive and tasteless. There was no hot water for taking a shower, our room wasn't cleaned over the three nights we stayed. We liked the location of the hotel, and when we met the director on our last day, she informed us that the hot water was solar powered and the staff, should have switched it on for us.The hotel would be great if they had good management.
