"There was some initial confusing after booking this hotel. The Expedia entry says "OYO Premium Apple Garden" with the "Whispering Inn" as a landmark. However an email was received after booking which stated the name as the "Highland Hotel" and after walking back and forth past the Whispering Inn several times it wasn't clear where to go. "This hotel had such promise, nice communal areas, large rooms and in a good location close to the town center. However, not only was the food very expensive and not of a high quality, this hotel was so cold and had such poor heating. In the middle of winter at times -2dc through the day, neither of the two communal fires were lite and there was no other heating in the entire hotel.
