It is a 60 square meter, cozy non-smoking apartment.
It has a spacious balcony facing west and
a free parking space.
From there you can get to the west stop of the Molli small train in 5 minutes.
The beach in Kühlungsborn West is a 15-minute walk or
5 min by bike.
There is an EDEKA market in the immediate vicinity
and two bakers. Also bike rentals.
The apartment has a spacious bedroom and a newly designed bathroom.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe and there is also enough space for an adjustable baby bed. (Baby travel bed with proper mattress and high chair available)

Bicycle parking spaces are located in the courtyard and there is also the possibility of secure storage in our garage.

Die FeWo hat uns super gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigen, um uns rundum wohlzufühlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und helfen gerne weiter, wenn man Fragen hat. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Kühlungsborn wollen, werden wir hier sicher als erstes anfragen.

Hervorragend - wir kommen wieder!
Klasse! Die FW ist eine voll augestattete Zweizimmerwohnung. Mit 60qm WF, großem (West-)Balkon, großem Schrank mit ausreichend Bügeln und großem Bett fühlt man sich nie eingeengt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, für zwei Personen ausreichend Geschirr etc. vorhanden. Der einzige, für uns kleinere Nachteil ist, daß es kein WLAN gibt. Parkplätze für Auto und Fahrräder vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub in einer gemütlichen Wohnung
In der großzügig und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung konnten wir einen sehr entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist aus unserer Sicht auch deshalb vorteilhaft, da es in 100 m Entfernung einen Einkaufsmarkt gibt und man kann sich in der ruhigen Gegend auch vom Trubel in Kühlungsborn zurückziehen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!
Wirklich eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr nettem Vermieter, der auch gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurantbesuche hatte. Zum Mollybahnhof sehr nahe...Und auch zum Einkaufsladen und einem kleinen Bäcker. Rundum ein schöner Aufenthalt im Haus Max!

Das Appartment war gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles was man braucht und sehr sauber. Die Lage in Kühlungsborn ist gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten z.T. sehr nah, ansonsten auch gut erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz sowie Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder sind auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Herr Rath ist oft vor Ort, stets erreichbar und ein aufmerksamer und sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an bei unserem Vermieter und in der Ferienwohnung wohl gefühlt. Es war alles top sauber und ordentlich. Herr Rath ist super nett und macht alles möglich. Wir hatten in der Wohnung etwas vergessen, selbst das hat er umgehend nachgeschickt. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür !!!!!!!!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Ferienwohnung buchen.

Auch dieses Jahr sind wir wieder in dieses Domizil gezogen, allerdings diesmal in die obere Wohnung mit einem sehr großen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gemütlich eingerichtet. Herr Rath ist ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt, ob mit Rad oder zu Fuß ist alles schnell erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - glücklicherweise bei bestem Wetter - durch die schöne Küstenlandschaft zu radeln.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage
Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die schöne Wohnung, mit einem großen Balkon, liegt in einer ruhigen, aber zentralen Gegend von Kühlungsborn. Sie war für uns Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren; Restaurants und Supermarkt sind in der Nähe. Wir werden diese Wohnung sicherlich nochmal buchen.

Sehr netter Vermieter (Gastgeber)
Ich und meine Tochter haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Es war sehr ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (außer das Bad), aber sauber. Leider ist kein wlan vorhanden, was mir bei der Anreise nicht mehr bewusst war. Aber dies geht glaube einigen in Kühlungsborn so. ;-) Bitte große Badehandtücher mitnehmen, wenn man diese benötigt. Diese sind nicht vorhanden. Der Edeka ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und hat sogar sonntags auf. Dies ist ideal, wenn man eine Ferienwohnung hat. :-) Insgesamt war der Urlaub im Haus Max schön.
