"D Canal was the highlight of our hotel stays in Sri Lanka. The decoration at the hotel was beautiful and unique. The chef made his own Mango, papaya and lime jam which was to die for. It was definitely the tastiest breakfast we had during our trip. The pool was very relaxing and the staff couldn’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. There is a free tuk, tuk to and from the property from 10am to 7pm which was very generous. I wish we had stayed longer and will definitely be returning. "

"Room was small and dark, described as a one bedroom but it was a studio. Common areas were nicely decorated. Restaurant was good and breakfast was included and had lots of options. Hotel did not advise they did not accept credit and then staff became annoyed when we took too long to find a bank machine. Probably better suited for single people and couples rather than families."

"The house was beautiful with wonderful sea views and very well kept and homely. Quality room. Location was mixed as very close to the blowhole attraction, one small Beach with coral and over longer bay with quiet waves; however it's a long way from a supermarket, bus stop or restaurant and up some rocky steps uphill which was difficult for my partner who was using crutches. We enjoyed the food cooked by our host who was lovely but did not speak great English, and so there was confusion over...

La première excuse donnée à notre chauffeur, c'est qu'ils avaient reçu 11 personnes en dernière minutes donc plus de place de dispo. la suivante pour nous, c'est qu'il ne travaillait plus avec notre agences Expedia et la 3eme lorsqu'un agent de Hôtels a appelé, ils ont dit qu'ils étaient fermé à cause de la météo.... "The staff was amazing the chef made some of the best food I have ever tasted!! He was very sweet and very involved in all aspects of the villas.
