"Lovely hosts giving you a truely personal experience. Access to next hotel's pool is a nice touch. The room layout was odd but they will be undergoing renovation soon so hopefully reworking the internal layout. Otherwise clean and tidy and nice view of the garden to the beach. Be aware of beach salesmen. Would recommend this hotel."

"Check-in not impressing. They had a paper copy of my booking, but didn't know that I had already paid for the stay. Breakfast was not very exiting. Most bowls were almost empty, and it was random which guests was asked they wanted omelet/eggs/beans. I wasn't asked at all. The room had no window. Aircon was good, but I had sweaty motorcycle clothes in the room, so not good enough to clean/dry the air. No hangers makes the closet useless. They didn't see, that my booking was for 3...

"I was here last time in 2006. Remains a very good hotel on the beach. However, few guests due to Covid 19 pandemic. The rooms are spacious with good aircon, fridge, toiletries, and large king sized bed. Only issue can be doors banging at night-time but there are many signs asking people to be quiet."

"AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! "
