"Beautiful property, the room was very nice also with good quality of food. On the other hand, the service can definitely be improved for a 5 stars hotel, such as massages for 2, welcoming message, taxi service. Too expensive for what it is, need some improvement but we had a great time there"

"Planters House was fantastic! The team were all so lovely and welcoming, and the views are honestly to die for. Being located up in the mountains, surrounded by nothing but tea, was just beautiful and so peaceful. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, instead you order what you want at what time you want it, which is such a unique experience. As others have mentioned, the hotel is a Jeep-ride up a steep mountain which adds to the experience and sense of adventure. The hotel is a little rough around the edges and not as polished as the pictures, but for us this added to the charm. "

"No hot water, terrible wi-fi, air-conditioning broke down and TV didn't work. Poor weather conditions did not help however overall not a pleasurable stay."
