"The people at the reception desk were so kind and hospitable. The shower's were chilly even though they have a water heater switch (after the heat of the day, it really was not too bad). The breakfast was great as was their rooftop pool, although, be warned, there are no stairs only ladders for the pool. All in all the two room suite and the in room washer/dryer made up for it all despite the smell in our room on day one (we had to buy febreze to mask the odor)! "

"The views are absolutely amazing! The pool and roof garden are the perfect area to relax in. Onsite shop well stocked. Would have been nice to have More than 1 rather small towel per person i.e hand towel, face cloth… Take ear plugs if light sleeper- could hear noise from corridor & next door room. "

"We booked a 1 bedroom premier suite for 6 nights. Even though it was a bit dated the suite was very well laid out. The bed was comfortable, the size of the unit was great. Having the kitchen was very convenient, even though we only used it for our breakfast and a few of our lunches. The hotel is in easy walking distance to Restaurants and the Pavilion Shopping Mall. The staff were very helpful. Would stay there again."

"I absolutely loved my stay at the Dorsett Residences in Kuala Lumpur. The staff were very kind and helpful and the property itself was beautiful. The amenities were wonderful. The views were great. The area is situated near Bukit Bintang, and is close to anything you would want whether it’s food options or shopping. I will definitely book here again when I come back to KL next year. "We book two appartments for two nights, both are bad. Water is running slow that you can't take a shower. The worst is NO water in the morning. Two beds with flea. Appartments are heavily bad smell. Air con of the bedrooms are working. Overall poor condition and dirty. Staff are helpful and willing to address our issues. They arrange another room in the second night, but they should not move our belonging to another room without notifying us. You can get a better place with this price. Never...
