No city view!!!!
I booked a deluxe double bed room with city views and they gave my a twin with no view. The back door looked out onto a fire escape. I asked to switch rooms and they didn't have any double beds until the next day. Looked at that room and still just a view of a fire escape. The walls desperately need painting and some general maintenance needs attention.

Worth of the money
Room wasn't exactly looking like in the pictures but it was OK. Got clean towels, bottles of shampoo and drinking water every day without asking. Location was great - walking distance to Petronas towers.
