Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. 1 of the lift was not working and Room Key activation System was down due to which I was always accompanied by staff to unlock my room
Upgraded to a bigger room at same cost. Cool! Very courteous and helpful staff. First time checking in to this hotel and it is way beyond my expectation.

A gem right downtown!
A relatively new hotel on the block that has much to offer the holiday goers in KL. Well located for shopping, various foods and transport into and out of the city.
The staff are keen and want to provide service and provided a suitable for my needs at check in.
The rooms are large and spacious with a super sized bed for quality sleep.
*Note I recommend you have them wash your hotel floor on arrival as found them particularly dirty from previous occupants
This was the second time I booked and stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The condition overall was bad. The room was small. Nothing seemed to work. The location was good. But nothing to do with the hotel itself. Travelers be warned. Don't even think about booking this hotel. The first time, 2 years ago. I was pleased with this hotel, large room, good service, everything was working well, including great access to MRT mono rail station.

Ok stay. Could be better.
If the room facility better maintained like the sliding door to the bathroom and phone connection and a more power points would have made it almost perfect stay. Overall acceptable for what i have to pay.
Overall good hotel with all facilities. Staff is cooperated. Two areas which need improvment are
1: check in should be by 2 as 3 is very late
2: should have proper tour guide services.
Despite this, I would definitely recommend it to others.

Need uplifting
I've been staying at the Sky Hotel bt bintang for the past 5 years or more. However, during my last 2 stay I found that it isn't what it used to be. There was only 1 staff during peak hours between 12 to 2pm. it's during this period that many are either checking in or out. took more than 30mins before I got a room. The room was a disappointing. No chair and when requested, was told non available. Had to change room because of that. New room, key wasn't working and had to endure another 40mins before they fixed it. There was also only 1 bell hop who had to double up as a maintenance. A very bad experience that's all I can say. If it wasn't for the familiarity of the location etc. I wouldn't stay here again.
Hotel is at a good location at near-corner of the main roads. This hotel is also a 5-10 minute walk to shopping areas (if you don't mind walking). Comfortable bed but no breakfast. Local eateries and restaurants are available but be sure to check opening hours as some do not open until very late morning. Don't pass through the back alleys (shortcut to Berjaya Times Square) as taxi drivers warned us of snatching incidents. There's a sitting area at the lobby to entertain guests. Room is good enough to rest tired feet after whole day activity.
