"The hotel allowed early checkin and late checkout. There is a water park attached and water slides in the hotel pools. The food and beverage service was good, The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The animation team provided great entertainment and programs. I didn’t like that sometime inappropriate music was played which involved cursed words, definitely not appy for family/children. "You will never find hotel staff more friendly and caring and helpful where they can than the team here. I had a terrible vacation in the country, however, the kindness of the staff here was amazing. Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience.
