"Great hotel with a spa and pool. Amazing breakfast… so many choices and so much food . Beach is not too far from the hotel… the hotel has a mini beach but mainly for kids ( very shallow) it has a great walking path around the lake. Restaurant the port was good and opened til 11pm which was great. We only stayed one night but should have made it a longer."

"Everything was ok, just one big minus - you have to pay for parking (40 pln for night). It is not included in the room price. There are a lot of activities for the children, the water-pool is working from 8:00 till 21:00 and it’s not very crowded."

"Hotel mocno średni. Pokoje tragedia połamana deska WC, ułamany zaczep od drzwi prysznica, spalona żarówka w szafie, niedziałające wifi, szlafroki tragedia. Prośba o większe szlafroki nie została zrealizowana mimo że powiedziano w recepcji że będą dostarczone. Upominanie się o papier toaletowy bo nikt nie donosi rano i dwa razy o obsługę kręgielni. "Lovely new construction hotel where an old palace once stood. Very modern appointments and rooms. We prefer a bit more charm and historical reference but can see the appeal of this place. The food was great but dining room and common areas very stark. Nowhere to really relax or unwind which resulted in an early departure. The room with large windows was beautiful but definitely in need of proper bedside lamps. It was either overhead fixture or reading spots. No elevator or bell service so best...

"Hotel is on outskirts of town and is mainly a resort with cabins and basketball courts and a small sandy beach on lakeside. Area is beautiful but for a "business" traveler this hotel doesn't offer. WiFi poor. Room small and there was two single beds in my room which were fold up beds that were so low to ground its difficult to get up from. "I spent two nights in this hotel, what can I say? the hotel it's very clean, decorated with taste, the service it's friendly and helpful it is a pity that the restaurant is open only for breakfast, and then closed, but I understand perfectly well that it is because of the crisis. Just like the spa - yes, the sauna is open, but the previous beauty salon is also closed. I wanted a manicure and pedicure, but unfortunately it was no longer on offer. "The food is not very good (there is a nice restaurant a few minutes round the lake), and the online ordering could be easier to use. Not very friendly service, and limited pool access (1 hour if you stay two nights). Nice location though."
