"The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, our room was in the third floor and we had a heavy luggage. I called customer service and finally they agreed to change the room to the first floor. It was nice as there is no one at the hotel to help carry the luggage upstairs. The room was clean with private bathroom. Each floor has shared kitchen with coffee and tea, so it was nice to have a coffee in the morning. I would stay there again for the price I paid, but only floor 0-1. "

"Do not book here, after walking in the heat for 30 mins to this place and walking up 3 floors with all my stuff they tell me that they are full and that they switched my booking to another place, had to walk back almost all the way I had walked and uo another 2 floors and then they told me that it was another hostle, I got pissed and they said ok I could stay there. "nice stay, good room, I booked a room with a shared bathroom, and it's a hostel - so I didn't expect anything extra! but it was a comfortable room and comfortable bad in the room and general stay. I arrived late at night, found the hotel easily and the receptionist was so friendly. Also, they allowed me to stay in the hotel later (not in the room) but in the lounge and work nearly whole day. "
